Bringing together global automotive leadership and next-generation battery innovation, we lead the evolution of cleaner and smarter mobility. Our large-scale, carbon-neutral battery manufacturing project contributes to the European electrification ecosystem and supports the regional supply chain for battery production.

Strategically located next to the Stellantis Plant in Zaragoza, Spain, the Gigafactory will produce next-generation lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries with a capacity of up to 50 GWh.

We are looking for a Quality Supervisor who will ensure that all quality activities, customer requirements, and plant‑level quality systems are executed effectively and continuously improved.


Your main responsibilities will be:


  • Assist the Quality Manager in overall local staff management, including Local employee recruitment, training, work arrangement and KPI assessment.
  • Formulate and carry out training plans for local employees to ensure they can work independently upon completion of probation. Especially on suggesting how to ensure local employee understood work direction and work well.
  • Establish standardized working procedures and team rules to ensure efficient team operation.
  • Plan all on-site quality activities and complete rapid localized implementation.
  • Lead the analysis and resolution of major on-site quality issues and summarize experience for reference.
  • Directly handling customer complaints, customer audit and other customer special requirements.
  • Promote ongoing quality system building and continuous quality improvement.
  • Need to take charge of module plant area quality management commencing at some point in the future


Your profile and qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree or above. Desirable to have Science or Technology related fields bachelor´s degree.
  • High level of English and Spanish.
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Proficient in all factory quality modules, including in-process quality control, incoming material quality management, quality system establishment and customer audit, etc.
  • Possess cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills, accurately deliver management requirements, and ensure smooth implementation of all work at all levels.
  • Master core quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, CP, MSA, SPC and 8D, and capable of applying them to solve practical quality issues.
  • Able to respond to and handle customer quality complaints efficiently.
  • Familiar with SIX SIGMA
  • Highly quality sense on risk identification, issue close-loop management manner, cross function team drive capability
