Operations Intern (6-Month Internship → Full-Time Opportunity)
We're looking for an

Operations Intern

to join our team in

Madrid

starting in

September 2026 .

We're a small, ambitious team where everyone has a huge impact.
You'll work directly with our

Head of Operations , collaborating closely with the CEO and leadership team.
This isn't a typical internship—you'll own real projects from day one.

Your mission
You'll help improve and scale Belari's operations across Europe.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting logistics and warehouse operations.
Monitoring inventory and stock accuracy.
Building operational reports and KPIs in Excel.
Identifying process improvements.
Coordinating with suppliers, warehouses and transport partners.
Supporting customer operations.
Participating in strategic operations projects.

‍ Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone with exceptional attitude.
You are:
Highly proactive.
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with data to identify insights and support decision-making.
Able to make fast, independent decisions in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of Power BI, Shopify, or other data visualization tools is a strong plus.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Curious and eager to learn.
Comfortable in a fast-changing startup environment.
Hands-on and ready to take ownership.
Native or fluent Spanish is mandatory.
Professional English is required.
Education
We're especially interested in:
Final-year Bachelor's students
Master's students
Recent graduates
Preferred backgrounds include:
Industrial Engineering
Business Administration (ADE)
Supply Chain, Operations or similar analytical fields

Internship details
Madrid (Hybrid: 3 office / 2 remote)
Full-time (40h/week)
Start: September 2026
Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extending the internship or joining full-time)
Paid internship
University internship agreement is a plus, but not required.
