We're looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team in Madrid.


This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multinational environment, supporting commercial and project teams across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa. In this role, you'll play a key part in reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and collaborating with our Contracts team in the United States.

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare, review, and administer commercial contracts and related documentation.
  • Draft contract language and support negotiations within established company guidelines.
  • Partner with Sales, Project Management, and other internal teams to support contract execution and compliance.
  • Prepare contract summaries and clearly communicate key terms, risks, and obligations to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve contractual issues and move agreements forward efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records within contract management systems and support reporting activities.
  • Deliver guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contract-related processes and best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the contracts function.


Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, or administering contracts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working with commercial agreements, legal documentation, or contract management processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
  • A proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Additional language skills, such as French or Arabic, would be considered a plus.
