Step into the dynamic world of Meetings & Events at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, a 5-star luxury hotel where outstanding service and attention to detail create unforgettable moments. We are looking for an Events Concierge Trainee to join our team from September.

This internship is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, customer service, and event experiences. As part of our Events Team, you will be the main point of contact for guests and event organizers during conferences, meetings, and social events, ensuring every experience runs seamlessly and exceeds expectations.

You will play a key role in delivering Hyatt's commitment to personalized service by building strong relationships with clients, proactively responding to requests, and maintaining constant communication with operational departments throughout each event to ensure flawless execution and an exceptional guest experience.
