Role Overview
You will be part of the Digital Resilience as a Service division, focusing on Information Security governance, functional steering, and reporting. This role supports executive accountability by aligning security objectives across the Group, engaging with senior stakeholders, and producing high‑impact reports for Boards and Regulators.
What You Do
- Prepare reporting on global Information Security Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for the Allianz SE Board of Management and Supervisory Board.
- Drive communication and follow‑up with Operating Entities CISOs, ensuring timely responses and documentation delivery.
- Challenge and validate the information received from the Operating Entities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support conceptual improvements of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Coordinate the definition and communication of Information Security Target Objectives for the Operating Entities across the Group, with direct relevance to the Executive Accountability Regime.
- Track the Information Security Target achievements of the operating entities on a half‑yearly basis.
- Support preparation and submission of reports to Regulators and external auditors.
- Manage the IS Group mailbox, ensuring all inquiries are routed and answered on time.
- Support the team in key projects and creation of key stakeholder presentations on Information Security topics for senior stakeholders, including the Board of Management, Supervisory Board, and Regulators.
What You Bring
- Genuine interest in Information Security topics and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Practical experience in the definition and reporting of Key Risk Indicators (KRI/KPIs) in the domain of Information/Cyber Security is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a preference for well‑structured Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations (zero mistake tolerance).
- High analytical skills and a drive to follow up on open questions in data until answers are found.
- Ability to prepare concise communication material on complex topics for senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience with GRC tools (e.g., Archer) is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills—able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Project Management experience is a plus, particularly in the area of Information/Cyber Security.
- Genuine interest in continuous improvement, especially using Artificial Intelligence to improve processes and outputs.
- Experience in SharePoint pages, workflows, and automation is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
