At Verisure Securitas Direct, we are again redoubling our efforts in Information Security and have ambitious plans over the short and long term. To help support this passionate Information Security Analyst are sort to work in the Information Security team to help maintain and mature our layers of defense.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the operational risk management process implemented in Securitas direct:
  • Identify, evaluate and prioritize operational risk that could impact on our business
  • Define, coordinate and evaluate the controls (technical and no technical) that could be implemented in order to minimize, monitor and control these risks.
  • Audit all process and implemented controls to anticipate possible issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Define indicators and scorecards that allows us to set improvement objectives and progress indicators for the Group.
• Provide forensic support and consultancy for security issues or incidents.
• Provide support to ensure that new projects meet the requirements that are set up from the security area, both from a technical point of view and process perspective.
• Support the design of an appropriate normative regulatory framework (policies, procedures …).
• Support the compliance programs (ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS …).

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ year professional experience
• Excellent academic credentials - top tier education background with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• High EQ, possesses high level of judgement and discretion, manages confidentiality.
• Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach.
• Very strong people and process skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to present findings both verbally and in writing, to both engineers and business leaders.
• Ability to understand the needs of departments and the organization as a whole.
• Must be a self-starter as well as a good team player.
• Good understanding of information technology.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Strong Advantages

• Experience in: Consultancy/Management Consulting/Business Strategy
• Experience in cross business-technology environments (e.g. product management or business development in a technology firm)
• Experience in Operational Risk Analysis
• Experience identifying business processes weaknesses/risks as well as the causes of the identified weaknesses
