To support the Spain operations, Agroderivados y químicos WeGrow S.L. Is looking for a Junior Field Trial Agronomist, based in Madrid.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Field Trial Agronomist to join our team in Spain. This is a great opportunity for an early-career agronomist to develop hands-on expertise in fertilizer trials and crop nutrition. You will gain practical experience across key growing regions in Spain while contributing to real trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, establishment, and monitoring of field trials across Spain and abroad
• Collect accurate field data on crop development, yield, and quality parameters throughout the season
• Assist in analysing trial results and preparing reports and presentations
• Build relationships with farmers, agronomic advisors, and local partners under the guidance of senior team members
• Represent WeGrow at field days and grower meetings
• Maintain professional contact with local partner farmers to coordinate farm visits, manage trial site logistics, and align on machinery usage
• Ensure all field operations and crop inputs comply with Spanish and EU safety and environmental regulations

Your Profile

• Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or a related field
• Up to 3 years of experience in agronomy or a related role (recent graduates are welcome)
• Some hands-on field experience is required (internships, trials or practical training)
• Genuine interest in crop nutrition, fertilizers, and field-based work
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Willingness to travel abroad and work remotely. Xsgfvud Office is in Madrid.
• Fluent in Spanish, English is mandatory (minimum B2)
