We’re Hiring: Customer Service Agent - Dutch Speaker

At Netzon Group, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for motivated Customer Service Agents to join our International Team in Barcelona for our New Balance Campaign.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. You’ll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and representing New Balance.

✅Key Responsibilities

• Work with customers to answer product information and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way.
• Put yourself in our customers shoes, analyze their problems and tailor solutions for them.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and social media.
• Become an expert and brand ambassador for New Balance.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• A passion for helping customers.
• Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
• Strong administrative skills with an eye for details.
• A strong professional and proactive approach to problem solving.

What We Offer

• Start Date: ASAP.
• Contract: Temporary (3 months with 1 month of probation).
• Part-Time: 25 hours per week.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 20:00 - Rotative Saturdays (2 per month)
• Salary: €13,086.78 gross per year.
• Working Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.
• Training: Full-Time Training for 7 days. Office Based, Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM.
• Office Location: Barcelona (Eixample).
