MISSION


To coordinate Customer Service activities while ensuring effective back-office and front-office support as required, meeting deadlines and maintaining communication with customers when necessary. Additionally, to oversee improvement projects related to Customer Service workflows, in collaboration with other departments within the company.


RESULT AREAS / MAIN ACTIVITIES


  • Ensures coordination of Customer Service activities, by guaranteeing adequate back-office and front-office activities, overseeing deadlines and ensuring a contact with the Customer where needed.
  • Contributes to improvement activities related Customer Service work flows and projects, representing Customer Service Area and its related needs.
  • Ensures administrative activities related to Sales and prepares the necessary documentation for internal and external audits.


REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in similar roles.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • English.
