Bilingual Customer Experience Advisor - €28,000-€30,000 + benefits - Barcelona office based
Our client, a high end luxury textile company is opening an office in Barcelona and is looking for an experienced customer service representative with C2 level Spanish and fluent C1 English. If you speak Catalan also, this could be a distinct advantage.
Reporting to the Export Sales manager, this is an exciting new opening for dynamic, B2B customer focused candidates, thriving on providing optimum levels of in client services for this well established and successful international organisation based in the UK.

Skills & Experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- IT literate, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- 2-3 years proven experience within a B2B customer services environment
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Previous customer service experience and an interest in design is desirable
The role is to start by September 1st and full training, including travel to the UK will be provided. The role is office based Monday to Friday in the Barcelona area. This is a small office where onsite presence is essential to answer the phones etc.
