Data Analyst

Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a passionate, high-energy Data Analyst to join our Data Consumption and Culture Team of Data & AI Tribe.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Data Analyst you will:

• Design, build and evolve impactful dashboards and reporting solutions using tools like Power BI and MicroStrategy
• Go beyond reporting: analyze data to generate insights that influence business decisions
• Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency and governance across reporting assets
• Partner with stakeholders to define, challenge and refine KPIs and metrics Translate business needs into clear, scalable and reusable reporting solutions
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation
• Actively contribute to data adoption and data literacy initiatives across the organization

Key skills and experience:

• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, MicroStrategy or similar)
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way, to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Passion for continuous improvement and learning
