OneTalent is recruiting a Global IT Service Delivery Manager for the Corporate IT team, based at the Barcelona HQ. You will lead AMS and global application governance, managing 100+ enterprise applications including SAP, and oversee the regional Helpdesk across Europe and Africa.

This senior role drives service transformation, AI adoption, incident management and KPI governance, working with senior stakeholders to ensure world-class service quality for thousands of users.
