Context of the Positio

nAs part of our strategic international expansion, JD Logistics is establishing its core infrastructure within the Spanish market, driven by the launch of our small-goods fulfillment operations. This is a critical greenfield deployment phase, which requires our founding leadership team to manage high operational fluidity, establish local processes from the ground up, and translate centralized global capabilities into localized execution

.This position is designed for dynamic, floor-oriented logistics supervisors who excel at real-time shift management, performance tracking, and maintaining operational standards in a high-velocity e-commerce environment

.The Mission & Core Scop

• eThe Mission: Supervise daily warehouse floor operations during shifts, ensuring high-speed picking, packing, and sorting targets are met while maintaining absolute inventory accuracy and safety standards
• .The Scope: You will directly lead shift Team Leaders and fulfillment operators, managing real-time labor allocation, resolving systemic bottlenecks, and ensuring total alignment with the site's daily outbound and inbound targets

.Crucial Expectations & Performance Target

sTo provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months

1. :Shift Performance & Throughput: Successfully manage shift execution to consistently hit corporate KPIs for picking rates, packing efficiency, and on-time courier dispatch
2. .Process Stabilization: Ensure 100% adherence to newly established standard operating procedures (SOPs) on the floor, correcting tracking deviations and scanning errors in real-time
3. .Floor Leadership & Attendance: Manage daily staff scheduling, shift handovers, and real-time team motivation, ensuring smooth labor relations and full compliance with warehouse health and safety protocols
4. .Inventory Control at Source: Drive immediate error-resolution workflows for misplaced items, system mismatches, or damaged packaging during your shift window

.Position Requirement

• sGreenfield Launch Expertise: You must have a verified background of supervising or acting as a senior team leader during a warehouse launch, site expansion, or high-volume e-commerce fulfillment peak season
• .High-Velocity Logistics Competence: Proven experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and automated sorting infrastructure within a fast-moving retail, 3PL, or e-commerce environment
• .Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory to ensure clear reporting to international managers and fluent direction of local floor staff. Knowledge of Mandarin is a strong asset
• .Operational Flexibility: High adaptability regarding shift rotations (including early mornings, late evenings, or weekend shifts) required to support a 24/7 infrastructure launch
