Exceptional Sommelier Wanted

FERA Chef's Table · Puerto Portals · Mallorca

FERA Chef's Table is looking for an exceptional Sommelier with a minimum of 5 years' fine dining experience to become part of one of Mallorca's most exclusive dining experiences.

With just 12 guests each evening, your sole focus will be delivering an unforgettable wine and hospitality journey.

No ordering.

No inventory.

No administration.

No management responsibilities.

Working alongside Executive Chef Simon Petutschnig, our service team and our Head Sommeliers, you will help create a truly holistic dining experience where every detail matters.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years' experience in fine dining.
• Understands the art of intimate, private dining.
• Is passionate about Champagne, wine and guest interaction.
• Speaks fluent English (essential).
• Speaks German (a strong advantage).

This is not just another sommelier position.
