What You'll Do:

•Own the end-to-end customer order process, from order entry through delivery, invoicing, and follow-up.

•Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing clear, timely updates on order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.

•Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to ensure smooth and on-time order fulfillment.

•Coordinate shipments, export documentation, freight bookings, and delivery confirmations.

•Participate in project, contract, and large-order review meetings.

•Manage RMAs, returns, spare parts, prototypes, and accessories requests.

•Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order data in SAP and CRM systems.

•Register and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring alignment with quality and service standards.

•Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, KPIs monitoring, and system enhancements.

•Support the wider EMEA Customer Service team as needed.


What We’re Looking For:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

•1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or similar roles.

•Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

•Strong customer-focus with excellent communication and organizational skills.

•High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

•Experience working with SAP (SD module) and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

•Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong team player attitude.
