Office Assistant en Barcelona

Lo que vas a hacer
The position offered is to provide general administrative & logistic assistance to our team, partners and suppliers in our main office in Barcelona. Your activities will include a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to improve the running of our office facilities and ensure an excellent day-to-day office functioning.
Main tasks include:
- Answering the telephone in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.
- Welcoming clients, visitors, suppliers and other staff with excellent customer service.
- Daily mail, organising files, attending staff requests efficiently with a positive/friendly attitude.
- General caretaking of the office and meetings rooms.
- Maintain stock levels of food / drinks and other office supplies.
- Organise travel arrangements for the staff including flights, trains and accommodation. Coordinate expenditure with OM (finance team).
- Provide support to the Office Manager in HRM tasks: assisting with new hires (preparing welcome pack, desks…)
- Help planning and organising events (afterwork, dinners, company trips...)
- Running general errands.
