Job Responsibilities:

1. Support Cainiao's global logistics development strategy by reserving and cultivating future talents in the supply chain and logistics sectors.
2. Participate in the design of international logistics operation strategies and implementation plans that are sustainable and align with business needs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: merchant operations, logistics solutions, process planning, and sales management support.
3. Enhance Cainiao's overseas end-to-end logistics capabilities and overall performance in global logistics fulfillment, while building an efficient logistics infrastructure network.
4. Monitor and analyze logistics operation data to identify and resolve issues. Collaborate with relevant internal departments to drive continuous business improvements, ensuring smooth logistics operational processes and improving overall operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

1. University students currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in any field (Logistics or Supply Chain preferred) and expected to graduate in 2026.
2. Strong intellectual curiosity with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language are required.
