What you’ll do

• Support customers with mobile and home services (SIM, internet, TV setup).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for cross- and upselling.

What we offer you:

• Salary: €1,718.70 – €2,094.66 gross per month
• Bonus: Up to 15% of your monthly salary
• Working hours: Flexible contracts (32, 34, 36 or 39 hours per week)
• Contract: Permanent position with a 2-month probation period
• Training: 2-week onboarding program where you’ll gain all the skills you need
• Hybrid working model: First 3 months fully office-based; afterwards, partial remote work is possible (subject to team leader approval)

✨ What we’re looking for

• Language skills: Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) and good English skills (minimum B1)
• Customer & sales focus: Strong communicator with a customer-oriented mindset and a natural ability to identify sales opportunities
• Problem-solving: Proactive and efficient in resolving customer issues
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with technology and good IT skills
• Work eligibility: Legal right to live and work in Spain, with valid documentation
