Are you fluent in Danish or another Nordic language and passionate about customer service? Read on, because this is your chance!

We are currently expanding our Customer Service team and are looking for multilingual candidates to coordinate and plan corrective maintenance for major brands in the retail sector.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• To coordinate and plan corrective maintenance for major brands.
• To manage technical staff and the necessary material resources, ensuring compliance with contracts.
• Preparing internal reports on the work carried out and correctly recording the information in our databases and software.
• Supervising technical operators, liaising with the brands.
• Ensuring compliance with the technical specifications set out in the maintenance contracts.

Minimum requirements:

• A disability certificate is highly desirable
• High level of Swedish or Danish
• Experience in customer service
• Incident management.
• A proactive, methodical, decisive and dynamic individual.
