Job Summary:

Apertura y cierre de tienda.
Gestión. Motivación y formación del equipo humano para conseguir los objetivos fijados y cumplir con las directrices de la empresa.
Cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas.
Participación de las actividades de animación y experiencia en tienda que Disney Store ofrece a sus clientes (cuentacuentos, etc.).
Gestión administrativa de la tienda.
Descarga de producto y reposición en tienda.
Control de Cajas.
Gestión de Horarios.

Responsibilities:

Apertura y cierre de tienda.
Gestión. Motivación y formación del equipo humano para conseguir los objetivos fijados y cumplir con las directrices de la empresa.
Cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas.
Participación de las actividades de animación y experiencia en tienda que Disney Store ofrece a sus clientes (cuentacuentos, etc.).
Gestión administrativa de la tienda.
Descarga de producto y reposición en tienda.
Control de Cajas.
Gestión de Horarios.

Con habilidades comunicativas, tanto con el resto del equipo como con los clientes.
Capaz de fomentar las buenas relaciones entre los miembros del equipo.
Con experiencia en gestión de equipos y retail coaching.
Conocimiento del entorno y las mejores prácticas dentro del área comercial.
Conocimiento de inglés.
