We offer the position UX/UI Designer within the Retail department for the Model Bank project in Madrid.
Model Bank in collaboration with the MB countries (Spain, Italy, France and Czech Republic) aims to deliver:
A retail harmonized digital platform (with 60% to 90% harmonization), fully focused on supporting the MB countries in increasing customer interaction, improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales
A scalable platform which can be extended to on-board additional countries, products and services in future
An agile, central IT shared service center that can develop, maintain and run digital requirements going forward
A high level of standardization and centralization across systems, processes, data and way of working aligned with Enterprise Architecture, Global Process Management, Global Data Management and Bank Infra
Job purpose
Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences, by researching, prototyping and testing for digital channels. Analyzing usage data and traffic patterns
Take a user-centered design approach delivering user stories, user journeys and conduct A/B tests to measure user experience
Research knowledge in the industry’s and latest trends to come up with additional insights
Lead and suggest major UX/UI re-factorings for a more intuitive user-experience
Collaborate and share knowledge with other team members and stakeholders
Job responsibilities
Gathering & analysing Business Requirements from stakeholders and User Needs from customers (interviews, workshops)
Synthesise above findings and brainstorm potencial solutions with the UX Team and stakeholders
Translate ideas into wireframes, UI, prototypes based on Business Requirements & Customer Needs
Communicate your ideas to stakeholders
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
Conduct usability testing to verify potential solutions with customers, iterate, improve
Participate in building a benchmark UX working environment
Improving user interaction and interface within an Accessibility framework (good undrestanding of Accessibility)
Being up to date with competitor products and industry trends
Capabilities required
Ability to understand detailed complex requirements to design elegant solutions for complicated processes
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas and solutions to stakeholders
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation
Fluent English level is a must
Ability to work within a Design System and propose various concepts within given constraints
Problem-solving aptitude
Ability to effectively work within a UX Team and make best- informed decisions as a Team
Ability to think in flexible and scalable solutions to harmonize a multi-country scope
Knowledge and experience
4+ years UX Design
Strong- knowledge of User Research techniques and usability testing
Strong experience across Desktop & Native Apps& RWD & Mobile First
Master UX Software (Axure, Sketch InVision) and UX methodologies (Double Diamond Framework, Customer Journey Mapping, Personas, Benchmarking, Brainstorming, User Flows, Task Analysis etc.)
Experience working in an agile/scrum
(Preferably) Previous experience in the financial sector
(Preferable) Knowledge of UserZoom, Principle, Zeplin
