Job Description
The Infrastructure Lead is responsible for the design, implementation and operations of all infrastructure and workplace services within Model Bank.
The Infrastructure Lead manages the Model bank infrastructure teams consisting of a direct team of up to 15 people (onshore and offshore) and having accountability for managing the IT infrastructure and resources required to plan for, develop, deliver and support IT services and products.
Day-by-day work consists of management of the teams responsible for Infra services for all Model bank teams consisting of:
The Infrastructure Lead partners with the Model bank Head of Technology and the Delivery & Continious Delivery Lead to lead the technology infrastructure strategy and execution of this for Model Bank.
Important part of the role is the alignment with and stakeholder management of the ING Group infra service providers of which ING Model bank is consuming global IT services and the management of Modelbank end consumers within ING.
The Infrastructure Lead is also in charge of Infrastructure team development & recruitment of new members for the team.
