Marketing Concept Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Concept Manager who will be responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of the local marketing campaigns in one or more of the H&M concepts.

Main challenges:

•Successful implementation of global marketing campaigns across all bought media and all owned media channels 

•Work cross functionally with Sales Team to implement, plan and report on concept

•Work on media strategy and follow up on the results together with the Media Manager 

•Follow up and report on KPIs and objetives connected to responsability 

•Identify new opportunities within innovative formats, media and communication 

•Communication clearly with PR departments on marketing strategy and potencial opportunities

•React to short-term, local selling situations

•Work with internal systems

•Translate all material associated with concept

•Invoicing  

You are in if you have:

•Operative media planner & marketing experience for a least 3-5 years in Media Agency or equivalent

•Excellent communication and social skills

•High level of English & Spanish 

•Have great knowledge in both traditional and new media landscape 

•Required to manage their own priorities and set their own work objetives 

•Great leadership and project management skills

•Work well under hight pressure conditions  

•Drive & initiative

•Poses excellent organisation and administrative skills

•High analytical ability 

•Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a team player

•Doer, flexible and detail-oriented

•Have worked with influencers in the past is a plus 

•Fluent in Microsoft office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
