JR Customer Service Agent (native German speaker)

We’re the first hotel booking website specialized in longer stays. We offer bookings from three nights onwards with amazing discounts depending on the amount nights booked. Right now we are working with more than 100.000 hotels around the world and we collaborate with companies like Skyscanner, Tripadvisor and Kayak.

We are a young, multicultural and motivated team that loves travelling, having fun at work and sharing values such as honesty, trust, teamwork and kindness. We enjoy leaving a mark on our work!

Currently, we are expanding our Customer Experience department and we are recruiting a JR Customer Service Agent (Native German speaker) who is also committed to providing a great service to our customers!

Jobs:

  •  Answering the telephone (making new bookings, modifications, etc.).
  •  Transmitting and solving issues.
  •  Negotiating with our suppliers.
  •  Answering emails.
  •  Optimisation of the hotel's content and information, and of the offers available on our website.
  •  Participation in the definitions of processes and improvements.

Qué es lo que pedimos

  • Mínimo bachillerato requerido
  • Native spoken and written German.
  • Experience not mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge when using Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Proficiencies: Communication, teamwork, proactivity and problem resolution.
