Tooltester is Growing – And We Need Your Support!
At EmailTooltester, we guide internet users in finding the best email marketing solutions to grow their online presence. We strive to provide clear, practical advice in all areas of email marketing. Thanks to our content, you can often find us at the top of Google and YouTube searches for these topics.
We are looking for an Office Manager for 20 hours per week starting in August 2026. You'll be the maternity cover for approximately 14 months, until October 2027.

Skills we are looking for:
- You are extremely organized (please show us examples).
- You are fully fluent in English as this is the company's internal language.
- You speak Spanish at a native-speaker level and understand Catalan, too.
- You have accounting and bookkeeping experience (ideally you know Holded).
- You have strong computer skills (Google Spreadsheets or MS Office and WordPress).
- You are confident in using LLMs like ChatGPT.
- You have experience in customer support.
In this job you will:
- Deal with all administrative tasks in and around the office
- Do the weekly preparation for our tax advisor
- Take care of payments
- Issue invoices to our partners
- Do the monthly reporting for our revenues and expenses
- Upload new articles to our WordPress websites and our Newsletter
- Manage our office supplies, so we'll never run out of coffee or anything else
- Organize team activities and business trips
Your chance:
- We will give you the chance to learn valuable online marketing skills.
- You'll be working right in the center of Barcelona (Passeig Sant Joan 97) in our modern office.
- We offer an international job and environment (our team consists of 7 different nationalities!).
- We offer a contract for 20 hours per week. The contract will be a maternity cover and therefore is limited until approximately October 2027.
Your profile:
- This position is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of job experience.
- You will be available to work with us in Barcelona. Working remotely is also an option from time to time.
