Interstellar.plus is a strategic growth consultancy specialising in growth architecture for startups, scale-ups, and mid-sized companies across entertainment, music, technology, and creative-tech. We work directly with founders and leadership teams at critical moments of growth, transition, and structural change, helping organisations restore clarity, build the right foundations, and move forward with confidence.

Our work spans strategic direction, organisational design, market expansion, partnership architecture, and executive advisory. We take a holistic view of growth, because strategy, structure, leadership, and expansion are deeply connected. About the Role

A rare opportunity to get inside a growth consultancy and see how it actually operates. Rather than being siloed into one function, you'll contribute across operations, business development, account management, and marketing, working on live client work from day one.

If you're curious, organised, and keen to learn fast, this is the kind of role that teaches you more in six months than most graduate programmes do in two years.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operations

Helping keep the team running smoothly, including scheduling, document preparation, maintaining our CRM, and supporting internal processes.

• Business Development

Researching leads and potential partners, building outreach lists, and helping track our pipeline of opportunities across our global markets.

• Account Management

Taking meeting notes, following up with clients and partners, and helping prepare client deliverables.

• Marketing

Supporting content creation, social media, market research, and putting together decks and brand materials for Interstellar.plus and our clients.

What We're Looking For

• Organised, proactive and quick to learn
• A clear, confident writer in English
• Genuinely curious about entertainment, music and technology
• Comfortable managing your own time and juggling multiple workstreams remotely
• Confident using AI tools, or genuinely eager to learn
• Additional languages are a bonus but not required
• No specific prior experience required, attitude and curiosity matter more than a polished CV

The Basics

• Location: Fully remote, work from anywhere
• Hours: We typically operate within CET business hours
• Type: Open to both full-time and part-time arrangements
• Duration: Minimum 6 months, with the possibility to extend
• Compensation: Paid, details discussed at interview stage
