Responsibilities

• Perform fatigue and damage tolerance analyses of metallic and composite aircraft structures.
• Assess crack initiation, crack growth and structural durability with hands‑on knowledge of Airbus standards and working practices.
• Generate fatigue substantiation reports and inspection threshold assessments.
• Support structural modifications and repairs from an F&DT perspective.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Fatigue & DT analysis in the aerospace industry.
• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Experience working with Aerospace OEM / Tier / Suppliers on specific stress activities.
• Languages: English (B1 minimum) and Spanish fluency.
• Technical skills: MSC Nastran, Patran/HyperMesh, CATIA V5, Excel, Python/VBA (valuable).
• Airbus methods and tools highly desirable.
• Detail‑oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance with engineering standards.
• Collaborative team player, comfortable working in multidisciplinary and international engineering environments with strict confidentiality constraints.
• Analytical and structured thinker, capable of understanding complex technical constraints and translating them into practical design solutions.
