Description
Are you motivated by helping people, supporting them throughout their academic journey, and providing clear solutions at key moments? Do you enjoy working in dynamic environments, interacting directly with students, and collaborating with different teams?
Your main mission will be to provide administrative support by carrying out tasks related to academic management.
Our main areas of work include:
- Processing degree certificate applications for Bachelor's, Official Master's and Doctoral students.
- Handling academic transcript requests.
- Managing credit recognition and validation processes.
- Place orders in the system.
- Assisting in other academic processes related to Bachelor's, Official Master's and Doctoral programs.
Requirements
Do you identify with the following characteristics?
- You hold a Higher Vocational Training qualification in Administration and Finance, Secretarial Studies or similar fields.
- You have at least one year of experience in administrative positions.
- You have a high level of communication and writing skills (C1) in English and Basque.
- You enjoy working as part of a team.
You will stand out if you:
- Have experience working in university or educational environments.
- Knowledge of platforms such as Moodle or Universitas XXI.
- Possess strong interpersonal communication skills, as well as planning and self-management abilities.
