At Grand Hyatt Barcelona, one of the city's newest luxury landmarks, we are looking for a motivated, versatile, and detail-oriented Maintenance Trainee to join our Engineering & Maintenance team.

This internship is designed for students or trainees who are eager to learn about hotel maintenance operations, technical asset management, and preventive maintenance systems within a luxury hospitality environment. The role combines administrative and technical responsibilities, offering a structured learning path that gradually increases hands-on operational exposure.

If you are curious, proactive, and open to learning - whether your background is engineering, technical studies, or another field - this is an excellent opportunity to gain real experience in hotel maintenance, systems management, and operational support at an international level.
