We are currently seeking passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistants for a Client Advisor position in Ibiza, from July 27th to September 30th, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued

Develop strong product knowledge to provide personalised styling advice and recommendations

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business

Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets

Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines

Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory control

Process transactions accurately and efficiently

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations

Requirements

Previous experience in luxury, premium, or contemporary fashion retail

Strong customer service and communication skills

Good level of English and Spanish; additional languages are considered a plus

Must hold a valid NIE and be eligible to work in Spain

Passion for fashion, styling, and current market trends

Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work weekends and retail hours
