As Junior Manager for API CoE & Shared Components, you will help deliver secure, scalable API and reusable component solutions across Atradius. You will work with senior technical leaders to apply standards, coordinate roadmaps, and support day‑to‑day operations. You’ll drive continuous improvement, coach engineers, and ensure alignment with quality, security, and architecture guidelines. This role offers exposure to general teams and a chance to shape enterprise API and component strategy while fostering collaboration.

• Identify automation opportunities (build/deploy/test) and drive adoption
• Ensure compliance and quality for shared components with remediation actions
• Act as primary contact for API and shared component matters with stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and promote engineering excellence
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members
• Represent API CoE and Shared Components in strategic planning and stakeholder communication
• Manage budgets and resources across API and components initiatives
• Establish external partnerships to stay aligned with industry trends

Responsabilidades

• 1–3 years in a lead engineer, team lead, or junior engineering management role
• Hands‑on exposure to API design/development or reusable component development
• Experience with API governance, integration platforms, or B2B/API technologies a plus
• Strong programming skills and cloud platform knowledge
• Understanding of API management, security standards, and reusable component development
• Familiarity with CI/CD, test automation, observability, and versioning strategies
• Leadership experience coaching engineers and supporting onboarding and professional development
• Ability to contribute to technical roadmaps and translate architecture guidance into plans
• Excellent cross‑functional communication and collaboration skills
• Experience leading training and knowledge‑sharing to promote standards across teams
