What You'll Do
As a Finance & Administration Junior, you will play a key role in supporting the financial and operational backbone of the company.
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you'll work across accounting, administration, treasury and reporting, helping build the processes and systems that will support the company's next stage of growth.
This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring close collaboration with Operations, Content, Ad Operations and Management teams. You'll act as a bridge between Finance and the rest of the business, helping transform operational activity into financial insight and better decision-making.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Support monthly closing activities, accounting reviews and financial reporting.
- Monitor cash position, treasury movements and payment schedules.
- Prepare recurring management reports and performance analysis for different stakeholders across the business.
- Help translate operational information into financial insights that support better business decisions.
- Work closely with the Head of Finance on projects related to process improvement, systems implementation and operational scalability.
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively propose solutions to automate manual tasks and improve productivity.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with operational execution.
You might have just finalized your studies or are currently working in Audit, Accounting, Finance, Administration or Business Operations while looking for a role where you can gain a broader understanding of how a company operates.
This position offers exposure to both the operational foundations of finance and the strategic planning processes that drive business growth.
Must Have
- ADE, Economics or a similar degree.
- Some experience in Audit or in finance and administration roles within a company is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Medium or advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent Spanish and English.

This is a hands-on role. Some days you'll be helping reconcile accounts, process invoices or review transactions. Other days you'll be assisting in process automation projects.
