About the role

RNP Growth is a Madrid-based search fund focused on acquiring and operating established businesses through succession. We are in the process of acquiring a luxury travel business.

We're looking for a sharp, curious intern to join for the first two months post-closing and work directly with the Managing Partner on the integration.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role at the intersection of operations, strategy, and organizational design — ideal for someone who wants real exposure to what happens after an M&A deal closes.

What you'll do

• Map target company core operating processes across sales, finance, and HR
• Build a deep, role-by-role understanding of each employee's day-to-day activities through interviews, shadowing, and observation
• Identify inefficiencies and gaps, and develop concrete recommendations for improvement
• Support the post-closing integration plan, coordinating with advisors and functional leads
• Track key closing workstreams (HR/EOR administration)
• Deliver a final report: a role-by-role activity map plus prioritized improvement recommendations

What we're looking for

• Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable interviewing people about their work
• Interest in M&A, private equity, search funds, or operations/strategy consulting
• Fluent in English is required, Advanced Portugues is a plus
• Discreet and comfortable handling confidential business information
• Available full-time for 2 months starting imidiatley

What you'll get
