As an IT Business Analyst / Business Services Consultant - Finance, you will play a key role in ensuring that our global financial and project-related processes are supported by efficient, user-friendly, and stable solutions (ERP and interfaces to 3rd party financial tools for consolidation, eInvoice, etc.), with a strong focus on continuous improvement, process optimization, business alignment, and driving efficiency gains by reducing manual effort through automation.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze and structure incoming business questions, incidents, and change requests, ensuring transparency, prioritization, and sustainable resolution in a global ERP environment.
• Investigate issues by reviewing data, processes, and system behavior, and provide solutions, explanations, or workarounds.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders and software development teams, gathering and translating business needs into clear system requirements.
• Design functional solutions, including feasibility checks, specifications, process documentation, and configuration descriptions.
• Perform system configuration and support implementation, ensuring alignment with agreed solution designs.
• Prepare and execute test cases, support user acceptance testing, and ensure quality through structured validation and documentation.
• You take ownership from initial analysis through solution design, implementation support, testing, and go-live stabilization.
