We’re looking for someone who wants to start their career in an international environment, working on real Accounts Payable and Purchasing processes—where every invoice, every supplier interaction, and every administrative decision has a direct impact on operations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage the full supplier invoice cycle (receipt, validation, and posting)
  • Support purchasing processes and follow-up on orders
  • Collaborate with Finance, Contract Management, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain and update administrative and financial databases
  • Resolve supplier-related issues ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes
  • Work in an international environment with multiple stakeholders


What we’re looking for

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar
  • Interest in finance and administrative processes
  • Professional level of English
  • Good knowledge of Excel (SAP or ERP is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a structured yet dynamic environment
