MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Supporting the Liaison Office Team managing the relationships between OW and its partners on the project companies in which OW has invested in.
• Assisting in the establishment and management of proper relationships with project teams and Corporate OW teams.
• Prepare project documentation in the government bodies (project presentations, monthly report, Board presentations, etc.).
• Produce memos and communicate information continuosly and effectlively to management and cross-functional teams.
• Additional duties as needed, as this function requires flexibility and proactiveness

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

University Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or Finance.

LANGUAGES

English, very high. French would be an asset.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years experience

KNOWLEDGE

• Very good command of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge about AI tools would be valuable.
• Basic knowledge of project finance, valuation and energy sector.
• Understanding the development, construction, operation and maintenance of an Offshore Wind project and the whole chain process involved would be valuable

• Diplomatic, proactive, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to multitask and a team player. Good attitude and availability to learn and problem-solving.
• Ability to quickly understand the basics of a variety of subjects related to project management and offshore wind, always with a problem-solving approach and with high attention to detail.
• Well-organized and structured thinking, capacity to manage high workloads with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to structure complex problems and convey them clearly and effectively.
