RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the dimensioning and sizing of BESS solutions for commercial solar projects
• Support the development of technical proposals and system configurations (PV + Storage)
• Perform energy yield analysis and storage optimization studies
• Contribute to technical documentation , including reports, layouts, and specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, product) to ensure feasibility of solutions
• Analyze project requirements (grid conditions, load profiles, regulatory constraints)
• Support the evaluation of battery technologies, performance metrics, and costs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field
• Basic understanding of solar PV systems and energy storage (BESS)
• Familiarity with energy modeling tools (e.g., PVsyst, Homer, or similar is a plus)
• Fluency in English and Spanish (both required)
• Fluency in Chinese is a plus
