About the Role

The Billing & Sales Specialist ensures the end-to-end implementation and continuous evolution of Cellnex’ industrial commercial process to guarantee accurate billing of services sold as well as securing full traceability across the commercial lifecycle.

The role is responsible for the deployment and continuous improvement of the Billing Industrial Model at corporate level, ensuring alignment with Cellnex’s commercial strategy, contractual standards and business applications (notably Salesforce).

This position plays a key role in driving standardization, automation and efficiency within the commercial process across countries, with particular focus on MNO contracts and complex telecom service billing models.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure the end-to-end implementation of the industrial commercial process to guarantee correct billing of services sold, securing full traceability from contract signature to invoicing.

• Lead the evolution of the industrial commercial process in line with new business requirements, regulatory changes and strategic priorities.

• Deploy and continuously improve the Billing Industrial Model across the organization.

• Provide hands-on support to countries during the initial phases of the Billing Industrial Model implementation, especially supporting local commercial teams.

• Ensure alignment between the Billing Industrial Model and business applications, particularly Salesforce, promoting system consistency and data integrity.

• Develop and implement standardized contract models, commercial offers, pricing calculators and supporting tools to automate and optimize the commercial process.

• Create templates, documentation and structured models that enhance efficiency, governance and scalability of the business model.

• Foster adoption and best practices in Billing within commercial teams across countries.

• Review and improve the quality of Billing practices and redefine the Billing model in future contracts to ensure full alignment with the Cellnex standard.

• Ensure deep understanding and correct application of MNO contracts and complex telecom billing structures.

What We’re Looking For

Education

• Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

Languages

• English: Advanced (Must-have)
• Spanish: Advanced (Valuable)
• Any other Cellnex language: Intermediate (Valuable)

Tools & Systems

• MS Office: Advanced (Must-have)
• Salesforce/CRM: Advanced (Must-have)
• ERP/Billing systems: Advanced (Valuable)

Experience

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in commercial process management, billing model design or sales operations within the telecommunications sector.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end commercial or billing processes at corporate level.
• Strong exposure to MNO contracts and telecom service billing structures.
• Experience working in multinational and matrix environments.
• Experience in process standardization, automation and digital transformation initiatives.

• Ability to translate complex contractual structures into scalable billing models.
