We are looking for an ambitious Closing Specialist (recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience) to join our high-energy Closing Department in Madrid.

What will your mission be?

As a Closing Specialist, you won't just be pushing paper; you will be the driving force behind multi-million dollar transactions. You will project-manage loans from approval to funding in a fast-paced, international environment.

On a daily basis, you will:

•Own your portfolio: Project-manage a diverse portfolio of loans as they progress through our closing pipeline.

•Connect the ecosystem: Actively engage with US-based borrowers, third-party brokers, external legal counsel, and our internal US sales team to drive deals across the finish line.

•Analyze & verify: Review key legal, corporate, and insurance documents to ensure they strictly adhere to underwriting requirements.

•Coordinate globally: Collaborate closely with internal teams and supervise/coordinate support activities with our offshore team.What are we looking for?

We value potential, drive, and a hunger to learn. You will be a great fit if you have:

•Education: A recent Undergraduate or Master’s degree (preferably in Law, Business Administration, Management, or a related field).

•Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience.

•Language: Full fluency in English (C1/C2). Our business operates 100% in English, so you must feel entirely comfortable speaking and writing it daily.

•Mindset: A dedicated problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a genuine interest in Fintech and the US real estate market.
