Are you passionate about design, customer experience, and creating meaningful connections?

At Cosentino, we are looking for a City Center Specialist to join our showroom in Mallorca — a space designed to inspire architects, designers, and end customers.


Our City Centers are at the heart of our commercial model: inspirational hubs where innovation, design, and customer experience come together to build strong relationships and generate business opportunities.


✨ What will be your mission?

You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding showroom experience, combining customer engagement, business development, and space activation.

You will connect with our community (architects, designers, builders, and end consumers), identify business opportunities, and actively contribute to the growth of the business.


Key responsibilities

Customer experience & sales

  • Welcome every visitor and deliver a personalized, premium showroom experience.
  • Identify and generate qualified sales leads.
  • Advise customers on Cosentino’s products and solutions (in person, phone, and email).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert opportunities into projects.
  • Build and develop relationships with architecture and design firms.
  • Visit key accounts to generate direct business opportunities.
  • Register visits, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce.

Networking & business development

  • Position the showroom as a key meeting point for the local design and architecture community.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking and events.
  • Strengthen Cosentino’s presence within targeted local industries.

Events & showroom activation

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events (invitations, logistics, content, and follow-up).
  • Ensure attendance from relevant and qualified audiences.
  • Drive engagement and brand awareness through impactful experiences.

⚙ Operations & administration

  • Ensure the showroom is always in perfect condition and aligned with brand standards.
  • Manage samples, materials, and stock availability.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks and supplier management.
  • Properly qualify and filter leads before escalation.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent CRM (Salesforce) activity.



✅ What are we looking for?


Experience

  • +2 years of experience in sales, preferably in customer-facing environments.
  • Experience in showroom or retail environments with a strong focus on customer experience.
  • Previous experience in interior design, architecture, or decoration is a plus.


Skills & competencies

  • Strong commercial mindset and results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactivity, autonomy, and strong organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of the building or design industry is a plus.


Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar (preferred).
