Product manager en Barcelona

JUKE, a media-saturn retail group bussiness, is a digital Music Service that combines the strengths of both radio and on-demand and makes these worlds complimentary to each other in one service. JUKE offers linear radio for its users, combined with 50+ million tracks and on-demand playlists in one hybrid model and bridges the gap between linear and on-demand. 

We launched JUKE in the Netherlands last year (2017) and recently launched in Germany (May 2018) and Spain will be our next big launch.

We are looking for a very experienced, senior/lead level Product Owner with strengths in both creative and analytical thinking to join the JUKE Product team in Barcelona. As a member of the product experience team, you will discover and deliver on product experiences for our JUKE users.

What you’ll do

• Innovate the user experience (product discovery) by applying methods like design thinking
• Run product delivery in a lean ux / agile approach
• Create short and long term goals to benchmark progress towards our product strategy
• Responsible for improving our product(s), driven by KPI’s such as the Pirate Metrics (AARRR).
• Own the product roadmap and deliver on it
• Give input on the product strategy, together with the Head of Product
• Consistently prioritize the right things for highest impact in user experience and onboarding
• Define metrics to measure the health and success of our product. Track progress towards these metrics
• Be part of an agile organization and partner with tech, design and marketing to deliver value for music fans around the world
• Work with stakeholders of other organizations and help building consensus for goals and roadmaps
• You will be part of the International Product team, reporting to the Head of Product

Your qualifications

• You have at least 5 years of experience with product management (preferred: experience with consumer products)

● Experience and/or understanding of the international music industry is preferred
● Preferred: You have previous experience with projects related to customer acquisition, new user funnels or retention

• You have a strong track record of understanding user needs and creating innovative solutions to problems (incl. methods like design thinking)
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a product owner in an agile development context
• You have an analytical mindset. You are able to evaluate opportunities and progress towards goals
• Fluent in English is an absolute must
• You are an excellent communicator and a compelling storyteller. You inspire and motivate people around you
