What you will be doin

g?
The Recruiter will be fully responsible for managing every candidate from application to shortlisting, including those from internal mobility, employee referrals, direct applicants, and sourced candidates. This role focuses on identifying and attracting top talent through innovative and collaborative techniques while ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Acting as a sourcing business partner, the Recruiter works closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to drive an effective recruitment process. By leveraging data-driven insights, applying advanced sourcing strategies, and championing diversity and inclusion, this position plays a vital role in shaping our client's future workforce. Additionally, the Recruiter will be instrumental in positioning our client as an employer of choice, further elevating the candidate experien

Main Responsibilit

  Leverage data-driven insights by analyzing sourcing and conversion data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, optimize strategies, and enhance the overall candidate experi
• ence.Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners to align on role requirements, ensuring a structured and efficient hiring pro
• cess.Identify, attract, and engage top talent across all candidate sources—including internal mobility, employee referrals, direct applicants, and externally sourced talent—using innovative sourcing methods and advanced techniques like Boolean sear
• ches.Manage the entire candidate journey from application to shortlisting, ensuring a seamless process by screening and selecting suitable applicants before presenting a refined shortlist to Hiring Mana
• gers.Build and nurture a strong pipeline of potential future candidates while maintaining clear and consistent communication to provide a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring pro
• cess.Assess candidate suitability through phone screens and/or video interviews (live or on-demand), document feedback, and ensure timely follow-up with Hiring Managers to facilitate decision-ma
