Talent Strategy Manager - INSEAD MBA Recruitment en Madrid

This exciting role is perfect for an experienced and relationship-focused recruiter. You will partner with Accenture Strategy to develop and execute their MBA recruitment programme at one of our priority global business schools. The focus will be on creating a high touch recruitment strategy to deliver impactful campus programmes and recruitment experiences to engage and hire top MBA talent from INSEAD.
 
Growing our MBA hiring programme is a critical talent priority for Accenture Strategy’s future success. This is an opportunity to work on our global MBA hiring programme at INSEAD (Fontainebleau, Singapore and Abu Dhabi campuses).
 
You will work closely with the GU Strategy MBA Recruiting Leads, GU MD MBA sponsors and the INSEAD MD Recruitment sponsors and campus teams to design and implement the INSEAD recruitment programme and calendar of events
 
You will be the face of Accenture on campus and accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet global MBA full time and intern demand.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
•Develop and execute differentiated and high-touch recruiting strategies, campus events calendar and marketing efforts for the INSEAD Singapore, Fontainebleau and Abu Dhabi campuses.
•Communicate strategy/key messages to campus teams/stakeholders.
•Collaborate and identify MBA demand by country and by skill with GU Area HR leads and attain business sponsorship to hire.
•Build relationships and serve as the point-of-contact for INSEAD Accenture campus teams, careers services personnel, college faculty, student organizations, alumni, Strategy business leadership and recruiting.
•Partner with MD School sponsors to mobilize campus team.
•Partner with Accenture Scholars studying at INSEAD to understand student perceptions/ preference, identify top talent and mobilize campus initiatives
•Plan, coordinate and execute all logistical elements for on-campus marketing efforts (i.e., information sessions, career fairs) and interviewing efforts (i.e., establish interviewing dates, solicit and schedule interviewers, prepare interviewing materials and briefing/debriefing with executives).
•Secure the business support needed from hiring GUs for all campus events.
•Manage job postings
•Review resumes and provide guidance to campus teams and recruiting GUs on CV selection.
•Serve as primary information resource for recruits throughout the interviewing process -- communicate status, answer questions, coordinate all follow-up efforts.
•Ensure feedback is documented appropriately and meets guidelines.  
•Collaborate closely with MBA GU Recruiting Leads during assessment and offer/ onboarding stages to ensure hiring GU compliance with global MBA assessment process, timelines and compensation model.
•Create a buddy program to help onboard and integrate new hires into Accenture Strategy
•Create an internal INSEAD alum network within Accenture to assist with proactive outreaches to INSEAD students
•Ensure campus initiatives support Accenture’s inclusion and diversity goals.
•Report on status and effectiveness of MBA recruitment progress and metrics from INSEAD
•Understand and articulate the MBA competitor landscape and use insights along with analytics to formulate appropriate recruiting approaches
•Budget management and administration for INSEAD
•Work with Marketing and Communications team on external branding, messaging, social collaboration strategy, events and assets for INSEAD
•Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to the GU MBA recruitment delivery teams on INSEAD and MBA recruitment in general
•Play a lead role in the global MBA Recruiting community of practice and within this community disseminate best practice, market intelligence and specialist knowledge.
•Be an SME in MBA recruiting and INSEAD and be current in the latest external best practices and identify opportunities for innovation
Educational Qualification      
Must have
Bachelor’s Degree 
 
Good to have
Preferable degree in Human Resources.
 
Skills & Work Experience       
•3+ years recruitment experience
•Campus recruitment experience and/or experience of hiring Strategy profiles 
•Proven programme/ project management expertise
•Experienced recruiter with a real passion for delivering a high-touch, personalized candidate experience
•Professional, quickly establishes personal credibility
•Sound organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
•Proven ability to build, sustain and influence relationships at all levels of an organization and across entities.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, confident and compelling when presenting.
•Budget management skills.
•Good leadership and coaching skills.
•Good issue resolution and problem management skills. 
•Ability to operate successfully in a multi-cultural team.

•Strong understanding of Accenture's business strategy and objectives.
•Fluency in English (oral and written) required.

Other requirements (if any, please specify such as overtime etc.)
