Role purpose:
As an "Operations Specialist International Business" you are a key-contributor for the success of our organization. We are looking for a professional future colleague to provide administrative and operational support for leasing operations on a global scale. Are you ready to tackle a new challenge with positive drive and team spirit?
Your responsibilities will be:
- Processing of international lease operations and creation of calculations in CHG-MERIDIAN systems according customer requirements.
- Contact for the customer/ supplier and the CHG-MERIDIAN entities/ departments with regards to operational topics.
- Professional and efficient administration of international customer/ supplier requests with regards to operational topics.
- Administrative support for our international customer guaranteeing constant customer satisfaction.
- High quality maintenance of data and information in systems according to the project/ CHG requirements.
- Close controlling and verification of pending tasks of international projects by a daily use operational reports.
- Monitoring and control of information in internal systems
Requirements for your success:
- 1-2 years minimum experience in similar functions
- Education related to Finance, Administration or Accounting. Financial mathematical knowledge and a good understanding of numbers would be desirable.
- Effective use of Excel and MS-Office
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
- Effective handling of operating systems such as CRM, CSM and digital affinity
