We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Bulgaria included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Bulgarian employer.

As a Content Moderator with Spanish and English, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing user-submitted back-office content, including material that may be sensitive or potentially distressing, and making sure it follows internal policies and guidelines.
• Taking the right action when content does not meet the required standards or may pose a risk.
• Keeping up to date with internal procedures to ensure decisions are accurate and consistent.
• Spotting recurring patterns and potential issues to help prevent risks before they escalate.

Requirements:

• Fluent Spanish.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with sensitive information.
• Good pattern-recognition skills and the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Experience with fraud, spam, or inappropriate content would be an advantage.

Relocation package:

• €1,500 Gross (paid in 2 instalments) to support relocation and initial rent costs
• Up to 21 days of free accommodation in a hotel or apartment, paid for by the employer
• Employer support in finding long-term housing in Sofia

Relocation is required for the entire duration of the training and employment period.
