Goodridge is a leading global manufacturer of fluid transfer systems with over 55 years’ experience, operating in the automotive, defence and industrial sectors.

We are looking for someone who can take charge of the company’s quality management system in Goodridge Spain, carry out and coordinate audits, and manage complaints. 

Key responsibilities

-  Maintaining and managing the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems.

-  Ensuring compliance with regulations and customer requirements. 

-  Providing support to other departments in the area of quality. 

-  Managing non-conformities and corrective/preventative actions, ensuring root cause analysis and effective closure.

-  Conducting and supporting internal and external audits. 

-  Monitoring action plans arising from audits, complaints, internal incidents or customer requirements.

-  Analysing key performance indicators to ensure the company’s effective performance. 

-  Supporting supplier approval and monitoring supplier performance.

Requirements

-  A university degree in engineering.

-  At least 3 years’ experience in industrial sectors.

-  Experience with ISO 9001 management systems. 

-  Experience with IATF 16949 and Core Tools would be an advantage.

-  Experience as an internal auditor. 

-  Experience in managing non-conformities and root cause analysis methodologies.

-  Advanced level of English.

-  Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
