We are looking for an amazing Web Marketing & Merchandising Intern to join the Marketing Team in our Barcelona Office to start in July 2026!

Your Role at Weekendesk

As a Web Marketing & Merchandising Intern, you will work hand-in-hand with our Web Merchandising & Marketing Campaign Lead. Your main mission will be to take over the daily execution, operational tasks, cross-functional coordination and performance analysis. By helping to streamline our daily operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our global marketing strategy.

This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how an e-commerce company operates across multiple markets.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

Merchandising - CMS Management & Content Production

• Daily Execution: Handle the daily push of content and updates directly on our CMS.
• Page Optimization: Update and maintain the Homepage and various promotional landing pages across our markets to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Quality Assurance: Perform thorough proofreading and QA checks on all content before and after going live to maintain high-quality brand standards.

Product Marketing Support

• Product visibility: Assist with product management, and daily merchandising updates to optimize product visibility.
• Performances: Help monitor and drive the performance of specific categories of products.
• Competitive Intelligence: Benchmark industry trends, monitoring how other e-commerce and travel players display products and run campaigns.

Marketing Campaign Coordination

• Cross-Functional Tracking: Act as a key coordinator assistant across teams (Design, SEO, Content, Channels etc.) to ensure all campaigns are well delivered.
• Deadline Management: Support the Lead in follow-ups, regular syncs, and monitoring the global marketing calendar execution.

Performance Analysis

• KPI Monitoring: Track basic performance metrics, conversion rates, and merchandising KPIs to evaluate campaign success.
• Reporting: Help build and share quick post-campaign summaries and reports to help the marketing team adapt and optimize future actions.

• You are rigorous, highly organized, and have an eye for detail (crucial for CMS updates and QA).
• You possess a curious and analytical mindset, comfortable working with basic data and KPIs.
• You have excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with a cross-functional team
• Fluent in English, (Spanish, French, Italian or Dutch are a bonus))

Full time from Monday to Friday, 9h to 18h + 1 hour lunch.

500€/net per month.
