Key Responsibilities

• Edit, and maintain technical documentation in a regulated environment (medical devices).
• Manage and update documents across their lifecycle (review, approval, release).
• Support document management systems (e.g., Windchill), including workflows for review and approval.
• Act as first-level support for documentation tools and processes (user guidance, issue resolution).
• Maintain document repositories and ensure alignment between different storage systems.

Create and manage:

• Glossaries and reference lists
• Redlines and document updates per product increment

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as Technical Writer / Documentation Specialist
• Experience in regulated environments, ideally:

- Medical devices

- Pharmaceuticals / Life Sciences

Strong knowledge of:

Documentation standards and lifecycle management Quality and regulatory frameworks (ISO 13485, IEC 62304, etc.)

Technical documentation

Translation:Translate all documents (technical file, IFU, labeling) into Chinese (certified translators).

GB standards compliance: Implementation when EU standards (e.g. B. ISO 10993) need to be replaced by GB equivalents (e.g. YY/T

0127 for biocompatibility).

Software & Cybersecurity: NMPA requires specific IT security verifications (e.g. GB/T 33000).

Coordination with test laboratories (e.g. For material tests)
