Calling All Awesome Marketing Interns!!!

Are you passionate about social media, personal branding, and digital marketing? This is an opportunity for a Spain-based founder and coach to grow her personal brand while gaining hands-on experience in social media strategy and lead generation

We're looking for a bilingual apprentice (Spanish and English) who enjoys collaborating, sharing ideas, and learning in a supportive environment.

The program is a 3-month remote internship, during which you will assist in fulfilling various digital marketing tasks for your mentioned business for 10 hours per week. This is an unpaid program whose end goal is to provide students with a higher chance of getting hired in the digital marketing space after completing our apprenticeship program.

What You'll Do

• Create and execute a strategic social media marketing plan.
• Collaborate on content creation for multiple social media platforms.
• Develop social media funnels and lead generation pipelines.
• Brainstorm new content ideas aligned with Lucia's personal brand and business goals.
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
• Communicate marketing ideas clearly and contribute to strategic discussions.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Is bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
• Can collaborate comfortably during European business hours.
• Has an interest in social media marketing and personal branding.
• Enjoys explaining ideas and communicating marketing strategies—not just completing tasks.
• Is proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
• Has an open mindset and enjoys working collaboratively.
• Additional languages are a plus.
