Contract: June 2026 – 31st August 2026

Salary: Up to €36,000 Basic + Strong Commission

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Sales Advisor to join a prestigious luxury fashion house in Madrid on a fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a brand renowned for its craftsmanship, heritage, and understated elegance, delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the summer season.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a personalised and elevated client experience, building meaningful and long-lasting relationships
• Drive sales performance by confidently presenting collections and storytelling around craftsmanship and materials
• Develop and maintain a strong client book, with a focus on repeat business and client loyalty
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards on the shop floor
• Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and product presentation at all times
• Handle transactions, stock, and after-sales service with precision and care

About You

• Previous experience in luxury retail or premium fashion
• Strong clienteling skills with a natural ability to build rapport
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to driving sales
• Polished, professional, and detail-oriented
• Passionate about craftsmanship, quality, and timeless design
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
